在電子雜訊環境中，於邏輯系統建置介面時，通常需要建立某些電流或電壓交換點，或輸入交換臨界值，Avago Technologies 的 AC/DC 至邏輯介面光耦合器可滿足此一需求。使用此類光耦合器的可提供低臨界電流，進而降低功率耗損，並且具有遲滯電路，因此可減少外部元件的數量讓 PCB 變得更小。
