T-1 (3mm), 12 Volt, Integrated Resistor LED Lamp
描述
This 12 Volt lamp contains an integral current limiting resistor in series with the LED. This allows the lamp to be driven from a 12 volt source without an external current limiter. The yellow device is a GaAsP on a GaP substrate. The diffused lamp provides a wide off-axis viewing angle.
