1W High Power LED

Avago's Moonstone® ASMT-MB00, 1W high power LED emitter is a high performance, energy efficient blue LED which can handle high temperature and high driving current.

The ASMT-Mx00  family of 1W high power LEDs is  based on InGaN technology.  Available colors are white, blue, green, red and amber.

Avago Technologies' new InGaN-based 1W high power LED is an easy-to-use high flux ouput SMT package which is compatible with standard IR reflow process, has an extremely Low package thermal resistance with a robust moisture sensitivity level and designed with silicone encapsulation to maintain long  operation life of the LED. A slim package profile and a wide smooth radiation pattern make the package ideal for many solid stage lighting applications.
