SFH551/1-1 - 5MBd Receiver Diode with TTL out
描述
The SFH551/1-1 is a low-cost 650nm digital receiver diode for simple optical data transmission with polymer optical fiber. It incorporates a photodetector with integrated IC and provides a TTL output signal. Maximum speed is 5MBd.
The transparent plastic package has an aperture where the the 2.2mm fiber-end can be inserted and fixed with glue. This easy coupling method is extremely cost-effective.
